Product Usage

1. YQL vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is used for conveying clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressure boosting, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other cold and warm water circulation boosting and equipment matching. The operating temperature T<1000.

2. The YQL vertical hot water pump is suitable for high-temperature hot water pressurized circulation and transportation in metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, wood processing, papermaking, as well as boilers, bathrooms, hotels and other industries, and for urban housing heating circulation pumps. The operating temperature is below 1200C.

3. YQRG vertical high-temperature centrifugal pump is widely used in energy, metallurgy, chemical, textile, papermaking, hotels, restaurants and other boiler high-temperature hot water pressurized circulation transportation and urban heating system circulation pumps, with a service temperature T<2400C.

4. YQH vertical pipeline chemical pump is used for conveying liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for departments such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, papermaking, food and pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers, with a temperature range of -200C to 1200C.

5. YQB vertical pipeline oil pump is used to transport petroleum products such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, etc. The temperature of the transported medium is -200C+1200C.

Product Features

1. The pump is a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet diameters and located on the same centerline. It can be installed in pipelines like a valve, with a compact and beautiful appearance, small footprint, and low construction investment. If a protective cover is added, it can be used outdoors.

2. The impeller is directly installed on the connecting shaft, with a short axial dimension and compact structure. The pump and motor bearings are reasonably configured, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the pump operation, thereby ensuring the balance of pump operation, low vibration, and low noise.

3. The shaft seal adopts a pressure free design mechanical seal or a combination of mechanical seals, using imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-sized high-temperature resistant mechanical seals, and hard alloy materials for wear-resistant seals, which can effectively extend the service life of mechanical seals.

4. Easy installation and maintenance, no need to disassemble the piping system, just remove the pump coupling nut to extract all rotor components.

5. Pumps can be operated in series or parallel according to the requirements of flow rate and head.

6. Vertical and horizontal installation of pumps can be adopted according to the requirements of pipeline layout.

7. The pump body and pump cover are made of alloy material, greatly improving their compressive and wear-resistant performance.

working conditions

1. The suction pressure is ≤ 0.1MPa, which means the pump suction inlet pressure+pump head is ≤ 1.6MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be separately stated when ordering, so that the overcurrent and connection parts of the pump can be made of cast steel materials during manufacturing.

2. The ambient temperature is less than 40oC and the relative humidity is less than 100%.

3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium shall not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size shall be less than 0.2mm.

Note: If the medium used is with small particles, please specify when ordering so that the manufacturer can use wear-resistant mechanical seals.
